To create and enable new roles per need, contact the product team.
The Ops Manager, Team Leader, and Analyst roles are mainly for case handling users.
Analysts are the users handling the cases in the portal. A group of Analysts form a team which is managed by a Team Leader. Each operation can have different teams and an Ops Manager manages these teams.
